I am grateful to my therapist Rhea Reddy at the practice. I was treated very nicely by the staff and especially my therapist. My body was lazy and I had back pains because of previous injury. The Back and Neck program has helped me feel lighter and my muscles more relaxed. I can also fix my posture for long periods of time while studying. It has also helped improve my sleep, working patterns and also eliminated stiffness I had on my neck and shoulders. I was referred by Dr. Devchand for headaches I suffered but after attending the program my headaches have gone and I can say I’m starting to feel like myself again. Dr Shamim Khan has helped me with exercises that has enabled me to be more productive and has improved my agility

Here’s my story….

So a few months ago, I was really struggling with my back and neck. The pain was unbearable to a point that it affected my sleeping patterns, that’s when I decided, this is enough now! I’m taking the necessary steps to address this pain. That’s when I came across Shamim Khan Physio and visited their facility. I bless the day I set foot in the practice. Today I speak a different language, a ‘’Pain-free” language. I can confidently say I have none of those aching pains. I’ve altered my eating habits and do my exercises properly…Thank you to the team for their professionalism. A clean and well-maintained facility. I’m overly excited and satisfied with my results. You guys are the best….
